II. Product Description
Our MICH/ACH full cut ballistic helmets are designed and manufactured to protect against the threat of rifle fire. As such, this helmet provides unmatched rifle protection and enhanced protection against small arms. Additionally, it delivers this improved performance at a lower weight than previously released helmets.
The helmet's base material is state-of-the-art Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and aramid bonded aramid fibers, and the composite matrix has a unique structure for improved ballistic protection.
Our comfort pad system combined with a four-point dial retention system allows for multiple adjustments for a comfortable and extremely comfortable fit that is very stable even when using night vision goggles (goggles sold separately).
III. Helmet details and accessories
1. The Rifle Resistant High Protection Ballistic Helmet is available in 4 sizes: S, M, L and XL.
2. Fully cut side walls provide maximum head protection and reduce external noise.
3. The Full-Cut Cover provides the same head coverage/dimensions as the PASGT model, including flashlight, night vision goggles, tactical dumper, tactical headset, night vision goggle guard, bungee lanyard, I-beam and integrated chin guard cover.
4. Lightweight, multi-impact, ventilated padding with a repositionable padding system made of closed-cell comfort foam that is not affected by temperature, altitude or humidity
5. Our improved H-Harness provides a great fit, better quick release buckles and more comfort than previous retention systems.
6. Standard MARSOC/WARCOM night vision device can be installed with 3 holes, single hole or no hole.
IV. NIJ Test Results
All TopHelmetFan helmets are tested to NIJ standards. Because we take your protection seriously, we also do our own testing. Each helmet in each batch is hand-checked for quality, and one helmet is randomly selected for field testing. If we didn't trust it, we wouldn't sell it.
